Tenders Review Authority

According to Rule 19 of Κ.Δ.Π. 201/2007 the Attorney General of the Republic, the General Auditor of the Republic and the Treasurer of the Republic, as the head of Public Procurement Office have the right to sit in every meeting regarding public procurement as independent observers.
